Kachina Village is located 7 miles south of Flagstaff on I-17. Kachina Village and Mountainaire have
many
types of homes. There are seasonal homes, year round homes, investment property, which
includes cabins, traditional homes, non traditional homes, mobile and manufactured homes.
Prices range from $150,000 to $500,000 for homes. Mobiles and manufactured homes range
from
$70,000 to $200,000. Kachina Village and Mountainaire both have a variety of lot sizes, ranging
